Because I was tagged by Een.  I haven't been writing enough anyway, so maybe this will get me out of my writer's funk.

(I'm not sure if this is supposed to be 8 random things or answers to specific questions.  I'm just going to follow her examples...)

1. I'm currently using Philosophy's Purity Made Simple for a face wash.  I also have Noxema on hand, because all my life I end up going back to it.

2. I haven't bought any lip balms/gloss in awhile.  I'm sure a trip to Sephora could fix that immediately.  :)

3. I love neopolitan ice cream.  I especially like it all mixed together, which is strange because I don't normally like strawberries & chocolate together.  Maybe it's the vanilla buffer.

4. My favorite books growing up were the Little House books.  I remember sighing in bed one night thinking that nothing exciting would ever happen in my life.

5. My next trip is Nashville next month.  I'm sad that I won't be attending MLA in Chicago, but I will be going to SC/MLA in Birmingham (I'm on the program committee, so that's a given) and definitely MLA in Honolulu next year.

6. My favorite commercial of all time is still the panda commercial.

7. I'm not sure what the original question was here.  But I will say that I am very much looking forward to college football in a few months.  :)

8. I haven't been buying much music lately.  One of my latest purchases was the Silversun Pickups CD, which I love more every time I hear it.
